Harvest
Careful selection of the grapes, hand-picked during the second week of October. Organic certified farming.

Vinification
It’s a wine without added sulphites. Cold storage of the grapes for 24 hours. Spontanous fermentation with an indigenous yeast selection.
Constant works of pisage and regular pump overs for several days.

Aging
2 months in stainless steel tank, 12 months in concrete tank. Bottled since summer 2025.

Tasting Features
This is the unique expression of a Carignan wine from Emporda region. On the palate, it is juicy and vibrant, with soft tannins and a direct, fruit-driven character. The absence of added sulphites allows for a pure and unmasked expression of the fruit, resulting in a fresh and authentic style.
