Flat land, 50 msm.
Soil Composition
63% sand, 23% limestone and 14% clay. Stony strength.
Harvest
Selected grapes harvested by hand in boxes of 20 kilos during the second or third week of October.
Vinification
Conservation of cold grapes for 24 hours. Crushed grapes and pre-fermentative maceration in cold for 48 hours at 10 degrees. Fermentation in contact with the skin for 25 days between 24 and 26 degrees celsius.
Aging
14 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. Bottled in February 2023.

Fermented in French oak barrels of 225 litres. The wine lays for 3 months in contact with the lees.
Camí de Cormes Grey Grenache

Aging
Wine is in contact with the lees for 3 months in a 225 litre french oak barrel and a part of it in stainless steel vat. Bottled in June 2023.
