This single plot called El Pla del Molí produces about 7000 Kg/Ha
60% sand, 20% alluvial materials and 20% clay, with flint rocks
Merlot harvested by hand during the second week of September and the Cabernet during the third week of October
Conservation of cold grapes for 24 hours. Crushed grapes and pre-fermentative maceration in cold for 48 hours at 10 celsius degrees. Fermentation in contact with the skins for 25 days between 24 and 26 degrees.
