Harvest
Grapes picked by hand during the 3rd week of October. Organic certified farming.
Vinification
Cold storage of the grapes during 24 hours. Cold maceration at 10ºC for 10 hours of the de-stemmed grapes. Fermentation in contact with the skins for 4 weeks between 24-26ºC. Vegan wine.
Aging
12 months in an oak French foudre of 2000 litres of capacity and 12 months in stainless steel tank.
Tasting Features
A characterful and authentic wine that reflects the uniqueness and low-yield quality of old vineyards. On the nose, dried herbs, spices and subtle earthy understones. A remarkable depth with elegant freshness.

Harvest
Hand picked grapes in small crates of 20 KG from 5th to 10th September. Organic certified farming.
Vinification
Cold maceration with the skins for 12 hours. Fermentation takes place in oak French barriques between 16 and 20ºC. Subsequent “bâttonages” with the fine lees for 6 months. Vegan wine.
Aging
6 months in French barriques.
Tasting Notes
It displays a golden colour. On the nose, it is highly expressive and complex, offering layers of ripe stone fruits, combined with citrus zest, vanilla, toasted almond, and subtle buttery notes. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, balanced by fresh acidity. The oak integration is elegant and refined, adding depth, creaminess, and structure. The finish is long with delicate hints of spice and toasted oak. A truly distinguished white wine with great complexity and ageing potential.

Vinification
Intense work of maceration with the skins. Half of the total amount ferments in stainless steel tank and the other half in oak barriques. Vegan wine.
Aging
6 months in contact with the fine lees in oak French barriques. Regular “bâttonages”. The other half in tanks gets the same work.
Tasting Notes
It has a dark golden color.On the nose, it is highly aromatic and complex, revealing intense notes of flowers along with citrus blossom, vanilla, and subtle toasted nuances from oak aging. On the palate, it is rich and well-balanced, combining aromatic intensity with a smooth, creamy texture.
