Harvest
Hand-picked grapes. Red grenache is harvested around 25th September and Carignan during first week of October. Organic certified farming.

Vinification
Cold storage of the grapes during 1 day. Maceration and fermentation with the skins about 25 days. After the rack-off the free-run wine its kept in the tank until the beginning of the barrique aging. Vegan wine.

Aging
9 months in oak barriques of 225 litres and 12 months in stainless steel tank.

Tasting features
Ruby colour with garnet reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as cherry and plum with notes of spice and subtle toasted oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with smooth tannins, fresh acidity, and a harmonious structure.
