Harvest
We pick up Merlot arount 10th September and Cabernet during the 3rd week of October. Organic certified farming.

Vinification
Each variety starts its process in different tanks. A cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation in contact with the skins nearly 4 weeks at 26ºC. Vegan wine.

Ageing
14 months in French oak barriques of 225 litres and 20 months in stainless steel tank.

Tasting Features
Red wine that displays the powerful expression of a French blend in a Mediterranean climate. It’s full-bodied, structured tannins with balanced acidity and elegant freshness.
