Classic Mediterranean, marked by the fierce dry northern Tramuntana winds and tempered by gentle afternoon sea breezes.

The plot, planted in 1896, yields approximately 3,100 kg

Flat terrain, 50 metres above sea level

Harvest
Hand-harvested and carefully selected in late October

Vinification
The grapes are chilled for 24 hours post-harvest. Following full destemming, a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out over 48 hours at 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with the skins over 25 days, at controlled temperatures between 24ºC and 26ºC.

Ageing
Aged for 12 months in a combination of 2,000L French oak vats and 225L oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
On the nose: evocative aromas of underbrush, dried leaves, orange peel, and spice.
On the palate: elegant, broad, complex, and long-lingering.

Camí de Cormes blanc

White Grenache (Garnatxa Blanca), Macabeu, and Grey Grenache (Garnatxa Roja)

Mediterranean, influenced by the strong, dry northern Tramuntana winds and softened by afternoon sea breezes.

A mix of sandy, clay, and alluvial soils

Fermented in French oak barrels at temperatures between 16°C and 20°C

Aged on fine lees for 6 months in 225L French oak barrels

Tasting Notes
Complex aromatics of stone fruit and fine pastry, with subtle smoky undertones.
On the palate: generous volume, structured body, and a rich, creamy texture.

A composition of flint (silex), clay, and sand

Mediterranean, characterised by strong, dry northern Tramuntana winds and moderated by afternoon maritime breezes

Aged on fine lees for 3 months: partly in 225L French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tank

Tasting Notes
On the nose: creamy, lactic notes and subtle oak, layered over a background of quince and apricot.
On the palate: dry and persistent, with volume and a well-structured mouthfeel.
