Harvest
Grapes harvested and selected by hand during the last week of September and the first of October.

Vinification
24-hour cold storage of the grapes, destemming, 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation at 24-26ºC for 16 days.

Aging
9 months in 225-liter French oak barrels.

Tasting features
Aromas of aging, ripe black fruit and a hint of spice predominate. Mouth: medium body, structure and persistence.
