Location of the Vineyards
In the plain, 50 meters high.

Harvest
Grapes harvested and selected by hand. Dates of harvest: from 28th to 30th of September.

Vinification Process

Cold storage of the grapes for 24 hours. Destemmed grapes, cold maceration for 24 hours, and fermentation between 24 and 26ºC with the skins for 6 days.

Ageing
5 months in stainless tanks and bottled

Testing features

Aromas of wild forest berries. It’s an easy-drinking red wine with a gentle finish.

Varieties
White Grenache, Macabeo and Grey Grenache.

Soils 
Sand, clay and alluvial.

Climate
Mediterranean, with strong north wind (Tramontana) and sea breezes in the afternoon

Yield
Macabeo produces 4.000 Kg/ha and white Grenache about 4.500 Kg/ha.

Location of the Vineyards
In the plain and on gentle slopes over 80 meters high.

Harvest
Grapes harvested and selected by hand. Date of harvest: 6th-9th September.

Vinification Process
Cold storage of the grapes for 24 hours. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 6 hours. Controlled fermentation at 16ºC and contact with the lees for 1 month in steel tank.

Tasting features
It’s a fruity, fresh white wine with a quite long aftertaste.

Cold storage of grapes for 24 hours. We press the grapes at low pressure and the must ferments at 16ºC.

Tasting features
It’s fruity with a touch of flower hints. It’s a medium-body rosé wine.
